Founded in 2009, Servant Leadership Institute (SLI) is a training resource center created by President and CEO Art Barter to serve and help grow leaders determined to make a positive difference in their organization or community. Servant leadership training programs are delivered through Baron Center, Inc. (BCI), a partner organization with SLI in the Datron family of companies.
