Art Barter - Founder and CEO of the Servant Leadership Institute

As the cultural architect of Datron World Communications, Inc., Art Barter turned a $10 million company into a $200 million company within six years. The success was born out of Art’s desire to transform a traditional power-led system of leadership into a servant-led organization. As an active speaker, Art tells Datron’s riveting story from severe adversity and miraculous purchase to a significant organization committed to leading for the sake of others.

Art presents a servant leadership message to a wide variety of corporate, government, and non-profit audiences throughout the U.S. He’s particularly effective in reaching other executives who want to make a difference in the world.

Vicki Floyd Clark - Building the Capacity of Organizations Memphis, TN

Vicki Floyd Clark has devoted the past 30 years of her life to building capacity in organizations and inspiring community leaders. A noted speaker, facilitator, consultant and trainer, she has extensive experience in the nonprofit, government and private sectors. Her work includes numerous specialty areas; board development, inclusion and diversity, servant leadership development, strategic planning, project planning, volunteer resource development, and effective communication.

Clark is a member of the Peter F. Drucker Foundation’s training and consultation team and a Senior Governance Consultant for BoardSource. Each year she speaks to thousands of community, business and government leaders and has made presentations in 48 of the 50 United States. In 1996 Clark was appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Agriculture to the National and Urban Forestry Advisory Council. She also was appointed to the Executive Governor’s Team tasked with the development of the first Unified State Plan for Texas Volunteerism, Community Service and Service Learning. She has served as mentor and facilitator for students in Baruch College’s (NY) National Urban/Rural Graduate Fellows Program.



Jeffrey Foley- Author, Leadership Coach, and Speaker

Jeffrey W. Foley hails from Cincinnati, Ohio, graduated from West Point, and founded the leadership development company Loral Mountain Solutions, LLC in 2013. He works with executives and business leaders who want to lead with impact and inspire their teams to achieve positive, lasting change in their organizations.

He is an author, leadership coach, and speaker. He is certified as a Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach TM. He is a partner with the Ken Blanchard Companies, the Wiley Corporation (5 Behaviors of an Effective Team TM), and with Jim Horan’s One-Page Business Plan TM company. He co-authored the Penguin published book Rules and Tools for Leaders (4th Edition), a down-to-earth practical guide for leaders. He is also a contributing author to the book Servant Leadership in Action (edited by Ken Blanchard and Renee Broadwell, 2018).

Jeff served over 32 years in the United States Army leading soldiers in war and peace. Throughout his military career he served in leadership positions around the world, in constantly changing environments, all the time focused on the accomplishment of the mission and developing people.


Carla Reiger - CEO of The Artistry of Change Training Inc.

CARLA RIEGER is an expert on helping people do “mental resets” to increase servant leadership skills and resilience so they can thrive and grow despite challenging situations. She is the CEO of The Artistry of Change Training Inc, for the last 20 years. Her academic background includes organizational psychology, counseling psychology, conflict resolution, adult education and educational kinesiology. She has written four books, hundreds of articles and over 15 online learning programs. In addition, she has 24 years as an organizational change trainer and speaker, and 10 years experience in the performing arts, specifically comedy. She has spoken to over 1500 groups on 4 different continents. As a frequent speaker, trainer, facilitator, coach and consultant, Carla helps people bring out the best in others.
