Engaging the Outliers

This booklet discusses the challenges we face with Little Foxes in our organization. When you are trying to implement servant leadership values in your organization, not everyone will be on the same page with you. In fact, some employees will use negative tactics-subtle or otherwise- to sabotage your efforts. Such employees are called "little foxes."
