New Year, New Look

Unlike some of the folks of Downton Abbey, the team here at SLI advocates and embraces change, especially change that will build our community of servant leaders.  In recent months, we have been working on a project to rebrand ourselves.  Today we are launching a brand new website! The site is meant to inspire and equip you to lead in an uncommon way; putting others first.  We’ve created a website where you will feel at home, a place that will stimulate reflection as well as interaction.

One change often leads to another, so we realized SLI’s logo was due for a change as well.  Our new logo is symbolized by the upside down organizational chart which is key to the tenets of servant leadership.  In the traditional org chart, the leader is at the top and all the people serve him or her.  The leader has no one to serve.  But, flip that pyramid upside down and the leader is now below everyone else and has a multitude of people to serve.
